Selling a waterfront development off-plan
A coordinated pre-sale marketing pack, dusk aerial, three interiors, and a furnished plan set, that helped reserve units before the show home was built.

The brief
Northpoint needed sales imagery for a 48-unit waterfront development months before construction. The launch date was fixed, and the sales suite needed a complete, consistent set of visuals across print, portal, and large-format display.
Source files
We received the architect's Revit model, a landscape plan, and the interior designer's material schedule for two show-unit types.
Our process
From the single model we produced a dusk aerial hero, a street-level approach, three styled interiors per unit type, and a furnished floor-plan set, all sharing one palette and lighting language. Two revision rounds tuned the dusk sky and interior styling to the brand deck.
The outcome
The dusk aerial became the campaign's hero image across every channel. The developer reported strong off-plan reservations ahead of the show home opening.
