Digital staging, and what it is not
Digital staging changes a photograph of a room that exists. It is not a render: nothing is modelled, the walls and windows are the real ones, and the result is only ever as good as the photograph underneath it.
When the room does not exist yet, or the walls are about to move, the answer is an interior render instead, built from the drawings. The two are often bought together for the same development, one for the units that are finished and one for the ones that are not.
